Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée  Apprenti(e) en analyse de données pour le centre d’essais en vol (f/h)  vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein de Airbus Operations sur son site de Toulouse. 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 20 personnes au sein du département en charge d’apporter du support au bon déroulement des essais en vol, que ce soit sur avions de développement ou avions de série.

Notre équipe est en charge d’une activité clé au sein des essais en vol, à savoir la planification quotidienne des essais pour les sites de production de Toulouse et Hamburg.

Depuis la réception de chaque avion de la chaine d’assemblage jusqu’à la livraison au client, l’équipe planning participe à la planification et à la constitution des équipages pour les activités suivantes : Essais moteurs, RTO (Rejected Take-Off), premier vol, vol technique de vérification, vol client.

Notre équipe couvre tous les programmes produits à Toulouse et Hambourg: Famille A320, A330 et A350.

Notre équipe est transnationale Toulouse / Hambourg.

L’équipe dont vous ferez parti(e) travaille quotidiennement avec un large éventail de métiers: Ingénieurs d’essais en vol, ingénieurs d’essais sol, personnel cabine, pilotes et groupe de support opérationnel.

Cet apprentissage consistera à analyser les données d’essais en vol afin d’optimiser la performance opérationnelle.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2023 pour une durée de 2 à 3 ans.

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes : 

• Bonne compréhension des activités d’essais en vol

• Bonne compréhension des solutions numériques en vigueur : notamment EVPT et FTA-NG qui sont des solutions interne Airbus

• En étroite coopération avec l’équipe de planification, définir les spécification des indicateurs permettant d’optimiser la performance opérationelle

• Consolider les données de Skywise, analyser, visualiser et interpréter ces données à de fournir des livrables comme des KPIs, rapports, analyse de performance, Recommandations Business, etc)

• Implémenter des algorithmes d’analyse de données 

• Industrialiser les développements d’algorithmes

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43; 5 dans le domaine de l’analyse de données pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 à 3 ans. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• Bonne connaissance des platforms digitales utilisées par Airbus (exemple. Skywise , Contour, Slate et Code Repository)

• Programmation Python/Pyspark ou equivalent

• Excellente compétence en Google Suite (Datastudio, app script)

• Experience dans la gestion et l’analyse de données

• Orienté client

• Capacité à comprendre la gestion de la performance, la gestion de projet (exemple “Waterfall” et méthode Agile) et les outils de planification

• Capacité à travailler en équipe

• Positif, ouvert, agile

• Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais  : avancé

Français : avancé

You will join the Engineering Flight and Integration Tests Centre .

Within the Flight and Integration Test Centre, our sub-domain 1VVI is in charge of supporting the test flights of our development and/or serial aircrafts.

Our team is in charge of a key activity for the Flight test Business consisting in the planification of daily Flight Tests activities for Toulouse and Hamburg production aircrafts.

From the reception of the aircraft from the Final Assembly Line up to the delivery to the customer, the planning team participates in the planification and crewing of many flight tests activities : FOT (meeting) , Engine Runs, RTO (Rejected Take-Off), First Flight, Check-Flight, HandOver (meeting) and CAF (Customer Acceptance Flight).

Flight tests are covering all the A/C types produced in Toulouse: Single Aisle (A320 family), Long Rang (A330), eXtra Wide Body (A350).

The job position is part of a transnational team as the same planning business and same profiles are working in Hamburg to deliver the same services.

The planners team you’ll be part of is daily working within a larger &34;Flight Test Team&34; composed of Flight Test Engineers, Ground Test Engineers, Pilots, Cabin crews and OPS managers.

This apprenticeship will consist in data analysis of flight test data to optimize our operational performance. 

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2023 and will last  2 up to 3 years.

This position does not require security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

As Data Analyst apprentice in this team, you will contribute to the following main activities:

• Perfectly understand all the flight tests activities that are managed by the team, transnationally to France and Germany

• Deeply understand how the digital solutions in place are working : especially EVPT and FTA-NG which are Airbus proprietary tooling

• In close cooperation with the planners teams, define specification of KPI that would help to optimize the performance of the business or to investigate on some pain points

• Consolidating data from Skywise, analyzing, visualizing and interpreting them in order to provide specific  deliverables (e.g. KPIs, Dashboards, Performance Analysis, Business Recommendations, Reports, etc…)

• Implement data analysis algorithms to produce those KPI

• Industrialize all the developments by enriching our knowledge database

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC&43;5 level training in the field of Data Analysis or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 up to 3 years. 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

• Good knowledge in Airbus Analytics Platforms (e.g. Skywise including Contour, Slate and Code Repository)

• Programming skills in Python/Pyspark or equivalent

• Excellent Google Suite skills (Datastudio, app script, ..)

• Experience with data management

• Interested in stakeholder management and customer oriented mindset

• Understanding of Performance Management, Project Management (e.g. Waterfall and Agile methodology) and planning tools

• Good team working skills including working across functional boundaries with composite staff (from different entities, inside or outside Airbus from different cultures)

• Positive, Open Minded, Agility and Team spirit
